About Road & River Motorcycles

Road and River, located at 5 Riversdale Road Newtown, Geelong, Victoria has grown over many years due to a dedication to high technical standards and exceptional customer service.

Owner Peter Whelan has over 40 years of hands on technical experience in the car, bike and boat industry and for over 30 years has been serving his customer's needs as the owner/manager of Road & River.

As a follow-on from establishing Road & River as the premier motorcycle tyre dealer in Geelong, Peter and his team have been appointed Sherco, Kymco and SWM motorcycle dealers.

Peter is a Vic Roads Licensed Vehicle Tester for cars and motorcycles, a Licensed Motor Car Trader, a member of the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC) and has 5 years experience as an instructor at the Australian Superbike School.
